Owner • Founder • Creative Director

I became a hairstylist because it allowed me to combine everything I love—art, fashion, design, and human behavior—into one craft. More than two decades later, I still believe hair is one of the most personal forms of self-expression. It isn't about creating a new person; it's about revealing the one that's already there.

Since beginning my career in 2004 and opening Lumière in 2014, I've had the privilege of studying with world-class educators, traveling throughout the industry, and working with thousands of guests across every hair type and stage of life. Those experiences taught me that the best haircut or color service starts long before the first section is taken—it starts with listening.

My approach is intuitive, collaborative, and long-term. I consider lifestyle, texture, density, maintenance, face shape, and personal style to create hair that feels effortless and grows out beautifully. My goal is never to chase trends, but to create something that belongs to you.

As a Certified Mental Health Coach and Wardrobe Stylist, I understand that confidence is rarely about hair alone. When your image aligns with who you are, you move through the world differently. That's the work that continues to inspire me every day.

Great hair isn't created by following trends. It's created by understanding the person wearing it.

Stylist • Dimensional Color + Texture

A Fresh Perspective • Rooted in Craft

Dani is a licensed stylist with 4+ years behind the chair, most recently working at Lemon Drop Salon in Bend. Now making her home in Southern Oregon, she specializes in lived-in dimensional color, natural curls + texture, and modern men’s cuts.

Her approach to hair is equal parts effortless + intentional; creating dimensional color that grows out beautifully, working with natural texture rather than against it, and tailoring every cut to the person wearing it.

Now working alongside MJ at Lumière Salon Atelier through an advanced apprenticeship + mentorship, Dani is continuing to evolve her craft while bringing her own fresh perspective to the salon. She’s excited to build new relationships in the community while creating an experience that feels relaxed, personal, and elevated.

Extended Hours — Wed–Fri | 8AM–8PM

Great hair should feel elevated, wearable, and distinctly yours.

Brand Ambassador • Color Specialist

As a colorist, I specialize in lived-in color and natural blends that enhance each client's individual beauty. My work is rooted in creating seamless dimension, soft transitions, and effortless color that grows out gracefully... hair that feels refined, intentional, and entirely your own.

I believe great hair should never compete with the person wearing it. It should support, elevate, and reflect who you are. Every color, cut, and style is approached with equal parts artistry and technical precision, guided by a deep understanding of the hair's structure, movement, texture, and long-term health. My goal is always the same: beautiful, wearable results that feel authentic from every angle.

Education is at the heart of my process. I believe clients deserve to understand not only what is possible for their hair, but why certain techniques, treatments, and recommendations will best support their goals. The strongest transformations happen through collaboration, trust, and a shared understanding of the path forward.

Having spent years behind the chair refining my craft, I have learned that the most impactful work is often the most subtle. Thoughtful color. Healthy hair. Details that feel effortless. My intention is to create hair that feels as natural as it is beautiful; the kind that allows you to walk out feeling more like yourself than ever before.

Great hair should never compete with the person wearing it. It should support, elevate, and reflect who you are.

Stylist • Hand-Tied Extension Specialist

I became a stylist because I love creating beautiful hair and the special experience that comes with it—the kind of appointment that leaves a guest feeling more themselves than when they walked in. It lets me be creative and make a real difference in how people feel.

Since joining the industry in 2021, I've challenged myself to keep growing and building my skillset every day. Hand-tied extensions are where I am most passionate—seamless length, density, and dimension designed to look and feel like your own hair.

My favorite part of the work is the connection: listening, chatting, and truly getting to know the people in my chair. My styling approach is natural and comfortable to each client's personal style—understanding the vision, then bringing it to life in a way that feels authentic and effortless.

Natural, effortless, and authentically yours.

Color • Blonde Specialist

With nearly a decade behind the chair specializing in blonde, I create personalized, dimensional looks that enhance your natural beauty rather than overwrite it. Balayage, highlights, and corrective color are where I live—because blonde should never feel flat or one-note.

I lean on the latest techniques and high-integrity products to protect hair health while delivering color that stays beautiful between visits. Every formula and placement is tailored to your tone, texture, and how you actually live in your hair.

Whether you're after a subtle sun-kissed glow or a full platinum transformation, the result is always built around you—your style, your maintenance, your lifestyle. Your perfect blonde is waiting.

Your perfect blonde awaits.

Stylist • Blowouts + Blonde

Emily lives for a great blowout. Volume at the root, movement through the lengths, and that smooth, lit-from-within finish that makes a blowout feel like an outfit. It's the kind of finish that turns a regular Thursday into something worth showing up for.

On the color side, blonde is where she's most at home—soft, dimensional, lived-in tones designed to flatter skin and grow out gracefully. Think warm-cool balance, expensive shine, and that quietly glamorous Sabrina Carpenter energy: feminine, modern, and never overworked.

Her appointments are equal parts technical and indulgent. Expect thoughtful consultation, a calm pace, and a finished look that feels elevated the moment you leave the chair—and still feels like you the next morning.

Polished, soft, and a little bit glamorous—without trying too hard.

Stylist • Vivid Color + Makeup Artistry

Andie treats the chair like a stage. Vivid color, sharp short cuts, and makeup artistry are her favorite playgrounds—the louder the palette, the better. If a shade can be described as electric, oceanic, or candy-coated, she's probably already mixed it.

Short haircuts are her quiet obsession. Pixies, French crops, blunt bobs, undercuts—the kind of shapes that ask for confidence and reward it with personality. She's drawn to silhouettes with edge, balance, and just enough mischief to feel like yours.

Beyond the salon, Andie works in stage and editorial makeup, which means she thinks in lighting, story, and character. That sensibility carries back into every appointment: a little theatrical, a little playful, and always finished with intention.

Color and shape should feel like you—just a little louder.

Stylist • Blonde + Styling

The newest addition to the Lumière collective, Jenna brings a quiet, thoughtful energy to every appointment. She's drawn to blonde in all its forms—gentle balayage, brightened roots, lived-in highlights—and to the soft, dimensional tones that move with you instead of competing for attention.

Styling is where her eye really comes alive. Whether it's an easy everyday finish or something a little more elevated for an occasion, Jenna loves shaping hair into something that feels feminine and personal without ever tipping into overdone.

Her approach is collaborative and unhurried—built around listening first, understanding your routine, and creating a look you can actually live in. Expect calm, intentional appointments and color and styling that feel quietly polished from the moment you leave the chair.

Soft, considered, and made to feel like yours.
