Your first visit begins with a quiet consultation. Plan to arrive fifteen minutes early so we can discuss your hair history, your direction, and the shape of the appointment ahead. Plan your parking, too — downtown Medford street and lot parking can fill up, so allow a few extra minutes to settle in before we begin.
If you're transitioning from another colorist or have prior chemical work, bring what you can — past formulas, reference photographs, or simply a clear sense of what hasn't worked. Honest context shortens the path to the result.
Complimentary coffee, tea, and still or sparkling water are offered throughout your visit.
- Cancellations
- We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service total; no-shows are charged in full.
- Late Arrivals
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your appointment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled to protect the guests who follow.
- Deposits
- A card on file is required to reserve. New color guests and appointments over three hours may require a small deposit, applied to your final total.
